Estimates, billing and refunds
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Estimates
Before planned treatment, you can ask for a cost estimate. It is based on the expected treatment, length of stay and room category. An estimate is not a final bill: the cost can change if your condition, the treatment or the length of stay changes. If it is likely to change significantly, we tell you before going ahead, except in an emergency.
Costs shown on this website are typical ranges in India, to help you plan. They are not quotations.
Your bill
Your final bill is itemised: room, procedures, doctors' fees, medicines, consumables and tests are listed separately. You can ask for an explanation of any item. The hospital's rates for its services are available on request.
Cashless treatment and schemes
If you are covered by RGHS, CGHS, MAA Yojana or an empanelled insurer or TPA, tell us at admission. We send the pre-authorisation request; your insurer, TPA or scheme decides what is covered and how much. You pay only for items your policy or scheme does not cover, such as some consumables or a higher room category. See Insurance and cashless.
Advance payments and refunds
For planned admissions you may be asked for an advance deposit, adjusted against the final bill. If the advance is more than the final bill, or if a planned admission is cancelled, the balance is refunded. Bring the deposit receipt and photo ID. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible.
Emergencies
In an emergency, treatment to stabilise the patient comes first.
