Grievance redressal
Last updated: 20 October 2026
We want to hear when something has gone wrong, and when something went well. Raising a concern will never affect the care you or your family receive.
How to raise a concern
- At the hospital: speak to the staff on duty or ask for the duty manager. Most problems can be sorted out straight away.
- By phone or WhatsApp: +91 74140 01001.
- By email: [email protected].
- By post: Grievance Officer, Jaipur Hospital, S16A-17, Mahaveer Nagar, Near Gopalpura Flyover, Main Tonk Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302018.
Please tell us the patient's name, the date of the visit or admission, the department, and what happened. If you are writing for someone else, tell us your relationship to the patient.
What happens next
- We record every complaint and let you know we have received it.
- The grievance officer looks into it, speaks to the people involved and checks the records.
- We tell you what we found and what we have done about it. If it takes longer than you would expect, we tell you why.
Complaints about personal information are handled under our Privacy policy.
If you are not satisfied
You can ask for your complaint to be reviewed by the hospital's management. You may also approach the authorities that regulate hospitals in Rajasthan, NABH (the accreditation body), the Rajasthan Medical Council for concerns about a doctor's conduct, the Data Protection Board of India for concerns about personal data, or a consumer commission.
Compliments and suggestions
Good feedback matters too. Tell us who helped you, so we can pass it on.
